ZBE showcase the Chromira5x 50 Printer at PMA 2007

Carpinteria , CA, USA –ZBE’s Chromira5x 50 printer is on display for consumers at this year’s PMA tradeshow. Printing at 18” (46 cm) per minute, the Chromira5x 50 can image up to 675 8” x 10” (20 x 25 cm) prints per hour.

In addition to employing ZBE’s accelerated Chromira5x Imaging Technology, the Chromira5x 50 achieves state-of-the-art image quality by utilizing ZBE’s patented LED Resolution-Enhancing Technology, which enhances the Chromira 300ppi imaging resolution to create a visual resolution of 425ppi.

The Chromira5x 50, unlike traditional laser systems, employs ZBE’s unique, interruptible line-by-line imaging system, which delivers real time, on-the-fly image processing, and a perpetual imaging workflow that other digital printers can’t achieve. For even greater productivity, Chromira5x 50 is fully compatible with and can be bundled with ZBE’s WorkStream order management and digital print production software.

The speed enhancements of the Chromira5x 50 have also been applied to the Chromira 30 for unmatchable workflow and productivity at 18” (46 cm) per minute.
