The state-of-the-art Chromira 5x printers are the result of ZBE’s hybrid LED imaging technology and produce high resolution continuous digital photographic prints. The Chromira printing system applies ZBE’s highly efficient on-the-fly imaging methodology, which images on photographic media while simultaneously processing the digital image data. This proprietary system produces Chromira’s extraordinary on-the-fly workflow productivity.

All user selectable features are applied on-the-fly and are available to every computer on the local area network via Chromira Workstation software. Important features include Automatic Print Nesting, ICC Profiling, Sharpening, Global Color Manipulation, and Real Time File Interpolation. Chromira5x printers will now print B&W tiffs as well as grayscaled color tiffs. The Chromira will also automatically convert color tiffs to B&W if required.
