New Service Manager Takes Over at ZBE

ZBE Inc., a leader in large-format LED RA4 printer technology and manufacturer of the Chromira, has promoted Tom Coniglio as ZBE’s new Service Manager. Coniglio is in charge of overseeing daily customer service concerns as well as managing domestic installations and field service operations."We're very fortunate that Tom has been able to join our team, he has extraordinary experience in the photo/equipment service industry," said Mark Hudson, ZBE’s former Service Manager and current Director of International Distribution and Service. "Tom has a great work ethic and is a pleasure to work with. In a very short time he has proven to be invaluable to our group. It would be impossible to find a better person to manage our domestic service department."
Tom Coniglio has been working in the professional photographic industry nearly 30 years. He began at Royce Photo/Graphics Supply in Glendale, CA as an electronics technician repairing densitometers, enlargers, etc. and moved on to become a field technician, repairing film and paper processors and other various equipment for both the photo and graphic arts industries. Tom then spent four years at Royce as Manager of the Service Department before becoming Product Manager, responsible for Photographic Color Copiers. After Royce, Tom worked with Ilford Photo for several years as the Los Angeles Regional Field Engineer and eventually became Technical Field Engineer for the Western US. He was responsible for all Ilford products in the region, with a main focus on digital inkjet printing. Before his promotion to Service Manager, Tom worked for a year at ZBE as a service technician, helping customers both in-house and in the field.
