ZBE Introduces New Print Finishing Solution
  New ChromiraTrim XY Cutters made available to Digital Photographic Imaging Labs

Santa Barbara, CA , United States - ZBE Incorporated, a pioneer and manufacturer of commercial photo imaging technology, announced a new addition to its product line: the ChromiraTrim XY cutter - an efficient, fully automated XY print cutting system for digital photographic imaging labs. Combined with ZBE's Chromira digital photographic printers, the ChromiraTrim XY truly completes ZBE's high efficiency imaging and finishing production solution for digital imaging professionals.

Utilizing ZBE's proprietary production software, precision cut marks are incorporated into the Chromira's digital print output, which enable the ChromiraTrim XY to automatically align and cut individual or multiple prints to 1 mm accuracy, for rapid operator-free print finishing. This XY cutting capability allows package prints to be automatically cut out of package layouts. The XY also provides a manual operation mode for additional flexibility.

The ChromiraTrim XY print trimming system is offered in two sizes - 30" and 50" - to compliment both Chromira 30 and Chromira 50 digital printers. The Chromira imaging system is designed to deliver unprecedented imaging and automatic print cutting productivity and will be displayed along with the Chromira digital printers at PhotoKina, Halle 10, Stands E21-E29 and E20-E28.
