ZBE Inc. Announces Expansion and Relocation
    New Manufacturing Facility with Expanded Capabilities

January 13, 2003 - ZBE Inc., a leader in Digital Photographic Imaging technology and manufacturer of the Chromira family of LED digital printers, announced that it will relocate to expand its headquarters and manufacturing operations. ZBE's relocation will take it to, which is still in the area, and only 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara.

Commenting on the announcement, Zac Bogart, president of ZBE Inc., said, " We feel that our investment in this new facility will increase our ability to service our customers and meet their growing demands for innovative products."

Echoing Mr. Bogart's comments, Tim Sexton, ZBE's Vice President of Marketing, stated, "Our new facility is three times larger, and significantly expands upon our existing manufacturing and warehouse space, allowing ZBE to add new production technology. This will increase both the production capacity and the scope of our products. Equally important, the new facility will provide strategic R&D resources, ensuring the continued development of intelligent new products."
