ZBE Launches MultiServer Users Group Support Site
Santa Barbara, CA - ZBE, Incorporated, a leader in the manufacture
of professional photo imaging equipment, has announced
the launch of the "MultiServer User's Forum"
on their MultiServer-hosted web site, www.zbe.com. This
internet-based forum functions as an interactive information
and communications resource for fellow MultiServer users.
The MultiServer User's Forum will operate as a support system, actively
giving MultiServer owners and operators another resource for sharing
ideas and technical information so that the MultiServer may be used
to its greatest capacity. MultiServer users can post messages on the
forum at any time. These entries can include questions, comments, or
advice about MultiServer, Workflow, or any subject the user feels appropriate
to use the site for. ZBE will administer the site and the ZBE service
department will respond to entries as requested. Other MultiServer users
are also encouraged to respond to entries. Postings will be saved on
the site, so users can browse them for past questions and comments.
The ZBE MultiServer is an intuitive system that acts as an image file
server and also connects your lab to the Internet with its InternetDropBox.
It works like a night drop box, except that it allows labs the flexibility
and convenience of working with customers online. Day or night, customers
can submit image files of any type to their own private InternetDropBox
accounts, using an access code supplied by their lab. They can submit
orders for instant processing and direct printing of current or past
uploads, as well as download images scanned into their folder just moments
before by their lab. With InternetDropBox, MultiServer allows for convenient
and easy ordering of prints, as well as reprints.
With an Internet connection, the ZBE MultiServer can host its own web
site without the use, or the cost, of an web site provider, and can
be made as complicated or as simple as you like. If you have a current
web site, you can link from it to MultiServer's InternetDropBox system,
or you can move the entire site onto the MultiServer. The MultiServer
hosts ZBE's corporate website, as well as its MultiServer demonstration
site.
Membership of MultiServer User's Forum is open to the management, technical,
and production staff of labs operating MultiServer. The MultiServer
User's Forum can be accessed through the "MultiServer User's Group"
link.
ZBE, Incorporated is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA, USA and has
been serving professional imaging needs since 1980.
