ZBE Appoints New Service Manager
ZBE hires new Service Manager, Jim Root

November 11, 2003 - Carpinteria, CA, USA – ZBE, Inc., a leader in large-format LED RA4 printer technology and manufacturer of the Chromira, has hired Jim Root as ZBE's new Service Manager. Root will oversee daily customer service concerns as well as manage installations and field service operations both domestic and abroad.

Root worked with ZBE in the early 1990s, installing ZBE Satellites, and later, was involved in the company's original Chromira research and development team. He also worked with Mission Country Photo Finishing and gained tech / service experience with various photo lab technologies, from Agfa printers and minilabs to film and paper processors, cutters and more. Root has a degree in Electronics from the Electronics Technical Institute in Denver, Colorado.
